2010 Corn Detasseling

Corn Detasseling for the 2010 season is done.
We would like you for the great season we had, it was a quick season of working almost everyday. The workers were wonderful to have, good listeners, asked good questions, and completed the work that was asked of them. We hope everyone would like to come back next year. Sign-ups are the end of April and we announce those dates after spring break. Enjoy the rest of your summer and have a good school year. If there is any questions about your paycheck or anything else send Lori a message and she will get back to you.
Quick Message From Joe and Tim: What a great group of workers we have this year. They are asking questions, doing what is asked of them and a real joy to have working everyday. We enjoy having them at the field everyday.
FIRST YEAR WORKERS THAT HAVE NOT WORKED YET: Thank you for your interest in corn detasseling. We have tried to get as many workers that we could. With over 300 workers interested at our sign-up meeetings we just are unable to have everybody work. You may sign-up again next year if you are interested. We can not guarantee employment to everyone.

Below is work week information:
All paychecks are mailed from Iowa and arrive on different days. Please wait at least 3 days before checking on your paycheck.
7/10 - 7/11 -- pay check should arrive around July 19th
7/12 - 7/18 -- pay check should arrive around July 26th
7/19 - 7/25 -- pay check should arrive around August 2nd
7/26 - 8/1 -- pay check should arrive around August 9th
8/2 - 8/8 -- pay check should arrive around August 16th
